Huh? This is long. That wasn't intended. Oh and my name's on the top of all the crap I wrote about myself.

“Yeah, you do.”

You forgot about Taylor Lautner taking his shirt off!

So I decided to go with Karyn to try to somehow start my personal statement. I must say, it actually worked. I got some help on how to actually start the thing. The lady (forgot her name, terrible of me) who was helping me was great. She helped me start the thing as well as gave me ideas. I pretty much listened to her and vice verse. Got some good stuff. Ended up somewhat finishing my first draft of the second prompt there. I might actually be able to turn the UC applications by the deadline. Still hoping to turn it in before hand, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen. But still hoping.
Overall, the trip there was insightful and pretty interesting. We got there like an hour or so early, so we decided to explore the place. Found a lot of bookstores. Three actually. Bought a new book. I think it’s new. But whatever. Can’t wait to start reading it!
Hmm….talking to that lady made me realize certain things… Weird, how a stranger can give you life changing decisions verses people you’ve known half your life (more like a three and half years, which pretty much feels like half, if you get my drift)…
(3 days ago)Fun Night.
So today was Karyn’s “birthday” party and it was pretty good. About 7 people didn’t come, but three other people came to replace them. Went ice skating first then went to Irving to eat some sushi. Some pretty tasty sushi. Also got some free ice cream plus this mochi-red-bean-ice-cream with a strawberry in the middle. Prettttty good, I must say. I was completely satisfied. =D After eating, we went into Walgreen’s and waited till Karyn’s parents picked us up. We had to leave Simon, Christian, Shirley, and Priscilla behind, though. Hmm…I didn’t go ice skating though. It was way too cold for me.

(5 days ago)Why doesn't glue stick to the inside of the bottle?
(5 days ago)Glue is made up of a substance that sticks to things and a solvent that keeps it liquid until you want it to stick. When you put glue on a piece of paper, the solvent gradually evaporates until the glue becomes sticky. When the glue is in a bottle, there is a space inside the bottle above the liquid that is full of air. So why doesn’t the glue dry out? Well there’s a limit to the amount of solvent that can evaporate to fill the space in the bottle. Once the space is full of solvent gas, no more solvent evaporates from the glue and the glue stays runny.
